She answered all kinds of questions, in great details, that we had to ask as new comers to the area. When it came to make offer, she was great at guiding us with specific amount and got a very good deal, saving us thousands of dollars. We used many buyers' agents before and none of them provided such advice as to how much we should offer. They usually just showed us the sold data and left us to make the decision on our own which usually ended offering higher rather than lower. Not only that, Cherisse worked highly efficiently and we closed the purchase within less than half a day! And she was not done as just a buyer's agent. She has been doing a lot more for us using her local resources, including arranging floor replacement, move in cleaning and even offering to receive furniture deliveries before we move to Abbotsford from the east coast.
